These fat bombs are healthy, low-carb, easy, and super satisfying. This recipe is loaded with healthy fats and nootropics (including MCT oil and lion's mane) to keep you full and feed your brain! With just 4 ingredients, these fat bombs are a total game-changer.

Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup sunflower butter (or almond or cashew butter)
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons CinderBird Mocha Latte
Optional: 1 tablespoon maple syrup, if you want them a bit sweeter
Directions
Melt coconut oil and nut butter on the stove over low heat, whisking frequently.
Remove from heat; add vanilla, CinderBird Mocha powder, and maple syrup, if using. Whisk until well combined.
Pour into lined mini muffin tins. Freeze for 20 minutes or until solidified. I highly recommend crumbling a little coarse sea salt on top!
Recipe Note
Store in a closed container in the refrigerator. Great alongside a cup of CinderBird Mocha in the morning!
This recipe makes about 16 mini muffin-sized fat bombs.
